SARA MILLER LONDON GIFT CLUB SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By subscribing to the Sara Miller London Gift Club Subscription Service, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Upon subscribing to the service, you authorise Sara Miller London to charge the subscription fee specified at the time of purchase to your chosen payment method. The subscription fee will not auto-renew and you will be reminded via email to renew once the service is about the expire.
2. The service can only be sent to UK addresses. 
3. Subscription Box shipping is included in the cost of your subscription, however should you wish to order additional,  fabric, wallpaper, or lampshades at the same time, you  may incur a shipping charge as these items will be shipped separately.
4. All items received in the subscription box are non-returnable unless received defective or damaged. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at info@saramiller.london within 3 days of receiving the item. 
5. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to info@saramiller.london. Upon receiving your cancellation request, your subscription will be terminated, and you will not incur any cancellation fees.
6. If you cancel your subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining unused portion of your subscription term. The refund will be processed within 14 working days following the cancellation request.
7. Sara Miller London reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, Sara Miller London will make reasonable efforts to inform subscribers in advance.
8. The subscription box will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of subscription. If an alternate address is required for redirection, Sara Miller London must be contacted via info@saramiller.london and given at least two weeks' notice before the next advertised shipping date. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. Sara Miller London is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided.

EMAIL MARKETING OFFER

This offer is valid at www.saramiller.london only when you are signed up to our email marketing list. The winner of the £150 voucher is chosen at random from the new sign-ups that month. A winner will be selected within five working days after the last day of the previous month and contacted via email. If a response is not received within five days, the prize will be rendered void. Wallpaper, wallpaper samples, fabric, fabric samples, lampshades, roller blinds and ready-made curtains are exclusionary products, and the voucher cannot be used to pay for them. This voucher does not cover the cost of postage. This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other Sara Miller London offer or internet offer. The voucher applies only to personal orders. Orders that are considered to be commercial will be excluded from usage of this voucher. The voucher cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders. All orders are subject to acceptance under Sara Miller London's standard terms and conditions. The voucher is only valid while stocks last and products are subject to availability. Normal return policy applies to this offer. Sara Miller London reserves the right to cancel orders, modify or terminate a promotion at any time without notice.

E-GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You can redeem the Sara Miller London e-Gift Card online at saramiller.london as part or full payment.
2. Please look after your e-Gift Card. We cannot replace lost or stolen e-Gift Cards.
3. The e-Gift Card will expire 24 months from purchase. There will be no refunds for any balance remaining when the e-Gift Card expires.
4. E-Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £20 online. E-Gift Cards have a maximum value of £500.
5. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We are unable to give change or refunds on e-Gift Cards.
6. If you are using an e-Gift Card online and the total order value is less than the value of the e-Gift Card, any balance will remain and may be used for future purchases, provided that the e-Gift Card has not expired.
7. If you return goods you have purchased online using an e-Gift Card, we'll credit the cost of items returned, excluding any shipping costs, to your e-Gift Card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. If you place an order at saramiller.london using an e-Gift Card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your e-Gift Card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an e-Gift Card which we deem to have been duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
10. We reserve the right to amend the e-Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
